Making a back up

Hi sorry if this is the wrong forum but have tried to make a back up of my zgemma star box so l can reflash another box with the exact same settings. Currently running wooshbuild so went in and made a backup through the blue button and when l put the usb in the new box it goes to "flash" right away but even after 20 mins nothing happens and it just stays on "flash". Any ideas please, l have changed the noforce file to force but still nothing. Thanks

did you do a full backup not just settings and try pressing power button on front of box /turn box off with button at the back put usb in turn box back on button at back of box then press power button at front

Yes l made a full backup and switched off at the back first but still no joy, going to make another back up and try it again, didn't turn off at front so will try that, thanks for your reply.
