Malwarebytes pop ups

Was chatting to a M8 not seen before on Facebook pm and we got chatting and when i checked his home page must be a spammer as only 3 friends and did not sound right.
He sent stuff which i viewed but dont think i clicked any links and when it not sound right reported him and deleted and blocked him.
Since then multiple pop ups and had run a scan nothing showing up.
Cant even get Youtube or Google as blocked
I have photos but cannot upload them.

Had to use a vpn to access Google so might i have picked up something like a Ddos
I am on laptop but pop ups say mobile which i dont use

Google isn't down: Malwarebytes antivirus app blocks Google.com for many

This is only happened after a message on facebook
Switched vpn on opera and get in again.
It happened Twitter about a month ago and no one could log in and post but vpn lets you in.
Premium has been on this laptop for months and i dont want to click in them to use a link for unknown issue.
Even stopped me viewing YouTube so something has changed

7 tinnies later malwarerbytes has been has been scanning on w10 fore over 4hrs and 197.160 files but sees 2 detections.

At the moment i am wondering if its making new files as scan is not showing any sign of finishing.

If i use vpn on opera i can go straight in

Something is putting me to a clone page on w10 so must be a web setting that changed.

YouTube is working perfect on tv suggests router is okay

There was an issue on wifi that was seen and repaired.

Xp is so dam slow just getting into websites.

Whatever it was ,its not happening now
