I had seen a story about a company in Dallas, TX that works on the power lines here in the state. I think it said they were one of the few in the southern region of the US to do that job. The owner said he wondered about how it would be done, but after reading about it and researching it, he said it could be done safely. He has been in business almost 10 years now.
