Hi guys,
I had a ruya sub for a month on my kodi box and it was great and I am now looking for a more permenant solution to ditching sly.
I have been looking at stuff all over the Internet and I know I could go back to CS and get a Sat box but I would rather go iptv mainly for the HD channels. So despite searching for more info I have drawn a blank so I was wandering if anyone could order any info on
the following questions.
1) Is there anything available that would allow me to record / pause / RW live tv like you have with sly? (I'm sure my ruya sub allowed me to do
this but there was no record feature)
2) EPG / skin .... Is there anything out there for iptv that looks like the sky skin? I have used SIPTV on my TV but the epg is not good(I have to
convince the Mrs to leave sly so a simple, functioning EPG is a must.
3)Hardware..Any recommendations to achieve the above points? I would love it if my tv could do all the above with a plugin but alas I am unable to find anything that suits. I could build a little media PC (but had these in the past or I could buy some other kinda box. I currently have a RPi2 running my kodi but as far as I'm aware this can't record live tv. Oh one more thug VOD is also a must - again my ruya sub had a VOD section.
i appreciate I am asking a lot of questions and probably the answer is going to be no but any advice would be great.
