Can anyone help me trying to customise metrix hd using mymetrixlite plugin but get message
Not enough free flash memory to create the new Standard HD skin files. (3177kb is required) Cheers

You need to download the plugin "Flash Expander" from your boxe and have a usb pen for add memory to your boxe from the plugin.

Can you use flash expander if you use the USB for recordings too

I`m not sure but is not recommended, you should use a usb for media
