mgcam setup

hi I'm looking to change my cline to a mgcam line instead and just wondering if there a guide out there for this as don't seem to be able to find one at the mo thanks in advance for any replies !

Okay, so at the moment you're running CCcam I assume? This means you should have one file called CCcam.cfg. When you open that on your PC, the line should start with either C = or N =. If it's C you may have problems because MgCam is generally to run the N lines. If it's an N click on the link in my sig to setup Open ATV and go to the section for Softcams which should tell you what you need to do.

What the hell is that? Not your CCcam.cfg file? Is it cut off at the top?

the top just says the site where I got my line from and that is the mgcam file it told me to download if I wanted to change it

Try putting your line details into a cccamd.list file.
Amend the mg_cfg file (the one you have shown as screenshot)
Change G (33)
Download mgcamd 1.38 and start the cam
You now have a C line running in mgcamd ;-)

I have my line details in a cccam.cfg file I think as thats how I using the line I just wondering if that all I change is g to 33 do I not changed anything else and do I run it as cccam.cfg as cam 1 and mgcfg as cam 2 or do I put my cline at the top of that photo and just change g 33 as you said and just use that as cam 1 sorry if my questions are dull as just wanting to get my head round it prob wont try now until tomorrow anyway thanks for the info so far

hi mate gave up with that and used oscam in the end as the server recommended it so will give it a whirl for a week see how it goes I think

Hi I have an existing mgcam line from my open box and want to use it on my zgemma. How do I do this? I put the line details in the newcamd.list but its not done the trick :-( anyone got any ideas? Thanks
