Mirror Image On TV

Hi all, a mate of mine has just acquired a Philips TV where the picture is mirror imaged.
Apparently it has the latest firmware installed and it states in the release notes that it should fix a picture that is mirrored or flipped but it has made no difference. I’ve never seen anything like this and just wondered if anybody on the Forum has had this issue. In the meantime I’ve told him to buy a big mirror 😊 The model No is: 55PUS6272/05 Any ideas would be appreciated 👍

Does the handbook say how to do a forced update?
Many owners of these tvs had the same issues going back to 2020.

Not sure he has a handbook with it mate, but odds on it being a dodgy firmware update. Thanks acman I’ll forward him that link to him 👍
