Missing and freezing channels

Hi l am sorry if this has been covered before but can't find an answer. l have a zgemma h5.2tc running wooshbuild infinity. Going good apart from some channels such as Sly PL, Sly Action and a few others not working at all plus other channels like bbc1 and ITV being unwatchable due to freezing. l have tried two different servers and still the same. l have updated the ABM to 3.1 and run scan but still the same, any help please?

You updated provider file before scan! Have you done software update also! Try tightening all connections as this may be the problem also cables good quality and splitter

Blue button go across to software update! You got latest open atv 6.2
