missing channels (no signal)

Hi guys
I am having problem picking up itv and c4 plus others. I am getting itv hd and c4 hd so i am really confused. I have just done a new service search and that's how i picked up ITV HD. I still have sky sports and the movie channels.
Any ideas guys

post the area u live in and the type of box u use for a better response

sometimes you have to factory reset and do an auto scan on your provider.
