missing channels

hi everyone
been scanning my kryptview and still missing loads of channels ie movies /adult /and things like livingit and more do we not get these yet or am i doing things wrong with my box

You should have the vast majority of movie channels hatchy, but there are still channels not currently available including the Sky Living channels and Adult channels.
Maybe more will be added shortly. It may have been that some work was being carried out when you checked the Movie channels, If not do a factory reset and rescan.

one of the reasons channels are missing are by not scanning from a direct feed or scanning wrong net id or you have a week signal.
