Missing Channels

Hi all, got my first box all working.. have just one or 2 channels missing tho. I have (or i think i have) updated channel lists, is it possible that those couple of channels have changed frequency? if so how do i manually change them & where do i get frequency info from... Thanx

You haven't said what box you have.

"King of Sat" gives info for channel frequencies, but they are sometimes very slow to update.
