Missing regional channels

Hi, I'm have a Zgemma H9 Twin.
I have my FTA channels via a satellite dish.
Everything been ok with it for over 2 years now but since yesterday my regional BBC North East and ITV Tyne Tees channels no longer work.
All other regions do work.
I've ran a blind scan, a channels scan and updated Auto Bouquets which is set to my local area etc but I just can't get them to work.
When I go into 'Last scanned' the channels are showing but when I select them I just get a black screen.

Any help appreciated.

According to lyngsatT, V Tyne Tees is now on 11386H Have you changed your search ? I'm in London and my box picks up 5 ITV channels and ITV Wales plus ITV2 on that frequency
28.5°EAstra 2EUK, 54 dBW11386 HDVB-S2/8PSKSR-FEC: 27500-2/3

I thought they'd got rid of most of the regional channels now and made them the main HD channels.
I've just scanned Sky FTA Tyne HD and the channels look right.

Done scans on both of the above but still got nothing playing.
My region channels are in the Bouquets but I just get a black screen when I select them.
All other regions play fine

You most likely have a reception/hardware fault. One way of finding out is: do not use plugins like ABM, instead use the scanning function in Enigma2. Update your satellites.xml file. When. Scanning, esure that you select the whole satellite instead of just one transponder. It is a good idea to also select clear before scanning. How many channels do you get? Repeat with other tuner and state how many channels you get on both tuners? You should be getting over 750..

Another test (a lot quicker)s to use signal finder and check that you are receiving signal on the affected transponder. Make sure you select the correct transponder and test both tuners.

So the 2 affected channels should be on the above frequencies but when I go into signal finder and navigate to them there is no signal on those frequencies.
Any way of resolving this please?

I have also tried swapping my Zgemma H9 Twin for my Octagon SF8008 but I'm having the same issue.

It could be an alignment fault or LNB fault. If intermittent, then possibly water ingress in cable. Or even f-plug loose. Adjust dish/LNB or replace LNB. If there has been no extreme weather or building work that could have knocked diah, most likely LNB needs replacing. Obviously try easiest/economical option first.

How many channels do you get on a scan using the scanning function in Enigma2 instead of ABM?

Edit: both those channels are on horizontal plane. Are you finding any other channels on horizontal plane?

I'm getting 549 channels when running a scan via automatic scan.

I don't know if this is relevant but when i used to run a scan previously I'd start picking up channels at 1% of the scan but now the first channels don't appear till 7%

I'll get the ladders out after work and check the cables to to LNB

Looks like an LNB fault to me as you are missing a quarter of the channels.

Did you use the same 12v power supply when you tested the Octagon? If so, it could also be a PSU fault. That is easier to test before climbing up the ladder.

I used the power supply lead that came with each box mate.
