Mothers Day Roast on BBQ

Apologies to my Muslim friends but Ive just cooked this pork joint on the BBQ for Mothers Day in memory of my Mum who passed last year. It was delicious!

I had a BBQ 3 weeks ago but it's not stopped raining since.

Got an Indian in the oven for tea.

Dont need good weather my friend - I barbecue all year round, its just a pain when its raining.

Me and dad been making lamb pilau and aloo gosht shorba with yoghurt and salad.

Give my mom rest today, least she deserves after all hard work she does.

Such a chore to make this dish but so delicious when ready. Which I think will be done in an hour can feel my stomach rumbling

Gas BBQ does the trick. No matter weather I find.

Chicken tikka and lamb chops come out bloody beautiful last few times done it.
