Hi I am trying to move a channel on zgemma h2s box currently 101 is bbc england but bbc wales is 801 is there a way to exchange 101 for 801 now that bbc have changed to hd when ever the channel goes to the welsh news the picture goes off but still works on bbc 801

No reason if you setup the scanning correctly you should get bbc 1 wales on 101 that is what i have. You can move it with openwebif editor easy enough but a daily scan will reset it back as it was. What firmware/build is on the box ?

Pretty sure you are on openvix that skin Blue HD is theirs. Look in auto bouqests maker see what region its set to you need to change it to wales

There should be a version name and number

Type the box IP address into your browser it will bring up openweb needs to be on the same network as the box.

You can move it using webif but as pointed out earlier, it will revert back tomorrow and every day after that when it does an automatic scan.
If we knew what firmware you had there may be a permanent fix
