moving channels around and delete rubbish ones

Hi,
I am new to iptv as I used to have a vu solo se which used cline and satellites.
I have bought a Zgemma H7s which seems good, I have installed wooshbuild and have a trial with an IPTV .

I don't know if it is possible to change around the channels so they are more like my original satellite provider service,
When I click on the TV button on the remote I have various options like us entertainment, uk entertainment, radio, news, movies etc. And on my EPG there are just loads of channels that I don't want,
Is there a way to reorder the channels like bbc1, bbc2, itv, channel 4, channel 5 , SLY1 etc etc.?

is this an IPTV supplier issue, epg issue, or me

any help would be appreciated

Think with xtream editor or echanelizer could be done not too sure tho as I don't use either of them
 
Echanneliser would work but once you delete and click the read arrow up it will remove them permanently!!
