Hiya guys, i am thinking about getting one of these to either replace my V8S, or have as a back up, as nothing lasts forever. I`ve looked on world of sat at this model, but it doesn`t give as much info as i need ( Being thick at this stuff ) so just a few questions.

Has it got an internal hard drive, or do i need a USB stick, i do have the shotgun coax so would prefer to use both cables for recording etc. And which is the best type of flash to ask for, and lastly, for now lo l, does it have the sly skin option ?

No internal hard drive but you can use a USB HDD or a USB stick.
I would get it flashed with OpenViX and yes, you can install a Sly skin.

Thanks Willo, so i could just use the USB stick i use with my openbox ? Also are they user friendly to set up, cos i`m bloody useless with this tech stuff lol
 
I will vouch for this box, I've set one up for my next door neighbor who is a 'technophobe' lol
The box is small so there wouldn't be any room for an internal HD and from memory I think it only has 1 USB port.
This box is supported by OpenVix so ask for it to be pre flashed with that, follow a guide
