My box won't access plugins. ?

My zgemma H2s won't let me access install plugins . How can I fix this. How can I reset box without losing cline?

If its openvix, then there's no plugins available from the plugins download.
I would change the image to openATV.
Just make sure you keep a copy of your line details

Thanks .. there's the prob not sure how to get copy details.. I had kodi on box when I got it but it started playing up so took it off but can't get it back.. I've got a mx box so will just use that for kodi.. thanks mate
