Cable my box wont do a full backup

hi on open atv 6.2 with wooshbuild infinity ive tried to do a full back up to my hdd and it goes all through the process and says finished but when i check my hdd it isnt there same with trying to put full backup on usb i put the folder backupsticks.txt on usb then after it says finished or complete there is nothing on the usb stick

Haven't they changed the backup settings
Have a look on GitHub to see what they have changed

I think you should do your backups BEFORE updating ATV

Do a software update and it should update the software manager (I've just done it to test )
Then when it reboots go to backup and then it give you an option to backup to media/hdd

I was just saying that ATV have made changes to the software manager.
This is probably your problem.
Those that are in a hurry to get the latest updates also get the latest bugs
It's always worth making a backup image before updating your box, not after.

done sofware update then blue button/complete backup/it said internal flash openatv 6.2/green to start/backup to destination media/hdd pressed ok and when it said finished it said backup in media hdd images so exited out went to destination using dream explorer and there is still nothing there

Press flash online/local
Then u should see Full backup Images

nothing there for me in flash online/local all i have is image 4.2 up to 6.3
