My cloud ibox 2 is tuck on loading page please help

hi i tried to change m skin in the menu system skin section it said it need to reboot so rebooted now its stuck on the loading page and i have not clue what to can some on please help i am a a newbie when it comes to stuff like this please help
 
Can u use any buttons like menu etc?
does it say boot on front display?
do u have a backup of ur line?
do u have an ftp program to transfer ur line?
what image where u running?
do u have a backup or can ur supplier give u a backup?

no it does say boot on the front i got filezilla i dont know what image im using and i do have a coppy i think of the image

can u help me pease
 
Ok. First try turning off at back. Remove all but power cable. And remove usb.
plug in hdmi cable but take it out of tv. Turn box on.
Does it get past boot on front of box now after minute?
 
Ok. Then u need to reflash. So u can
1- flash the blackhole image u have. If it was made after ur line was added then it should be all good straight away.
2- flash a raw image of an alternative provider. Can take hours if never done before.
3- flash someone elses backup that just needs a tweak or two and ur line added.

Ps. If ur happy with what u had. Stick with the easier option 1.
If it was just ok go with 3.
if ur up for learning by doing pick 2 :-)

P.p.s. most people on these boxs use OpenVix. Me too. So I can only help u as far as flashing if u use ur old backup.

i dont know what u mean i just tiurned it on again now its got OPENPLi on the screen how can i get my old image on there again
any wayu can show me please
 
U said blackhole now openpli. It shouldnt have both.
have u found ur backup?

Its cool dude. I know it seems complicated at start but its ok as long as u take it slow. :)
 
some how its turned on i got openpli on now menu works but all pluggin gone and no chanels work encluding freview


the files i have are thre folder one called change boot downloader ibox 2 plus with a cloudix and xpeedlx folders in it another one called backup up with a cloudix folder in it and another cloudix folder which one do i use
 
Ok.
copy the one inside backup. It will be called xpeedlx prob. But could be cloudix. If theres more than one and theyre dated, use most recent.
Use ftp to copy from box to desktop.
put he FOLDER cloudix or xpeedlx on a (preferably empty) 1-32 gb usb stick.
make sure there is a file in the folder called force. If it says noforce, rename to force.

i turned it of and on again and it was stuck on blackhole again with boot on the screen on the box

so i will try what u said and see what happens

tried what u said and its still stuck on blackhole screen but boot has dissapeared

now its back to the boot blackbox stage]
 
ok im doin it now the screen is blank and no text is on the screen so will just wait 15 mins mate fingers crossed this works dude than u for your patience
