My H2H has arrived yaaaaay

Good evening folks

My h2h box arrived today and I'm looking some help setting it up and ready for a vm line. I know someone to get a line of so all good there.

Last week I seen a thread that showed how to set it up. It listed a step by step guide in about 30 points but I can't find it now!?

Basically I am just looking a good set up. An idiots guide would be great if someone can point me in the right direction. Do I also need any further equipment or can I just plug coax cable directly into box? Is a 16gb USB memory stick ok to use?
