When in the menu you want to edit press menu/settings and you can change the size if that's what you mean.

ye i know how to get to the settings its not the size of the txt i want to change its putting aspace between the txt i want so its easier to read i had the setting for it once but since reflashing box cant find it again what i mean for example is WHEN I PRESS TV ON REMOTE OR DOWN ARROW I GET BBC1 THEN BBC2 ITV AND I WANT A SPACE BETWEEN THEM SO THE RE NOT RIGHT UNDERNEATH EACH OTHER THANKS FOR THE REPLY

It's not particularly easy to work out what you mean when it's one long sentence with no punctuation and half in capitals.
Is this the screen you mean and what is different about yours?

You may need to alter the number of rows. (Press MENU when EPG screen is on).
