N line gone off after broadband goes down

Hi guys my n line was working great until I had a break in my broadband service when it came back on I lost my channels any idea any ideas to what I could do to get them back iv tried to get in touch with my n line provider but he won’t reply it’s a h2h box with grogs firmware would it help if I re flashed the box or should I just get another line I don’t really want to get another line just in case that it’s something else and a new line still wouldn’t work... any help appreciated thanks in advance

start off with basics by running a network scan to see if all is green if not reboot box and router,does your cam need restarting? or network restart as i had to do on my box when fuse tripped

you can try a different free 24 hour line without losing your paid for line.
copy and paste your original line into a new text file
ask for a new test line in the request section and paste this into newcamd.list or cccam.cfg file, or if using kryprtview, type it in manually.
try it for a bit
bollock old provider
watch TV
win

If the test lines are no different, there's a problem with your setup / software / hardware and you can copy/paste the old line back in, no one's the wiser except you, :emoji_boom:

if its not your supplier and line ok red button/softcam panel /restart ive had to do mine few times
