Need help getting to ABM 3.1

Hi, I have the "Tuner error" issue with VM. I'm on ABN 2.9 and Vix 5.1.003.
I think the reason im not getting any channels is because my software is out of date. How can I update to Abm 3.1 on this Technomate Nano SE?
Im in nottingham so the provider says 00008
