need help please im a noob

Evening all

could do with some help, basically i own 2 cloud ibox 2 plus boxes, one of them recently froze and got stuck on boot when reloading. i have followed someone elses advice on reflashing the box using the software from a website. problem is now its reflashed i havent the foggiest what im doing. it now looks nothing like the other box and all the channels have disappeared as well as the plugins.

is there a way of loading my software from one box to this one

You could create a back up from the box that works on to usb then flash it onto the other
