new channel list for f3 anyone?

hi anyone got a good channel list for a f3?

tried that 1 already and it didnt work,think its because its in .zip format and my laptop wont open it,tried a few others too and got the same conclusion.tried ajsat latest 1 and that is blank.....driving me mad!!! thanks for replying all help is gratfully appreciated.

Get winrar - it is free and it will UN zip it for you. Just use Google to find it.

what do i need to do when i have?

Instal winrar, then right click over the zip file, select unrar here and it will unzip to 'TP_PROG. dbs' - that is the channel list.

WOW it took you that long to master an F3 lol

I used this list and it froze my box and I switched off and then back on again and it wont come on at all can anyone help

which box have you got and which list have you used, does anything show on box or screen

skybox f3 and I used the list to have the same numbers as sky
it froze at the end of the scan
so switched it off and then back on and now it dont even light up on the front

I can't help there, but I can tell you that it is working perfectly here on mine.
