Cable New H7c box freezing problem

Had the box a few weeks now, running open pli image, which was fine until a few days ago, now it suddenly freezes the box, happens on fta channels as well, have to restart from the rear to get it back on, any ideas?

Fta might suggest coaxial or splitter issue?

Thanks, i thought that but the signal seems very good, correct splitter for cable being used, don't just freeze on fta, it froze on iptv channel the other day, the box totally locks up.

Something not set correctly i think,remove coaxial and see if freeze stops,box hard wired to router?

it is hard wired to router, i'll take the coaxial out and see what happens, i'm using Xtream Editor for iptv, any problems with that you may have heard about?

Not into iptv so not sure,its a process of fault finding.
