new newcamd line , having problems adding

hi ppl

i bought a new line. ive been send the server info port user pass and its says change protocol to newcamd

but i been looking how how to get this working on my f3 box and the guy seems to be away from his emails

i just stuck how anyone help me please

you need to go to MGCamd plug setup and in there you can input your line in the newcamd.list

yeah but when i try to add it , it says 0 found

Hi if no USB stick with your line details on,put it in manually using your
remote (single account) (host details)port no) u/n details)and p/w details)
to access - CCcam/MGCamd press menu on remote look for network
settings scroll down to CCcam press ok scroll across to MGCamd press
ok scroll down to manage details etc press ok then scroll down to Newcamd list
and press add blue button I think) you want single account etc and put
in your line details exactly as they sent you it.
if you cannot see CCcam under Network settings press 6666
hiden menu etc

Hi just a quick follow up to my reply if your protocol is CCcam & not MgCccam you can change
that using arrow keys on remote and change it to Newcamd
but don't go in to MGCamd CWS= etc
