New router = iptv not working

I recently switched to a new isp, carrytel, who sent me a deco router. My android box connects to the Internet fine but my iptv now won't load anything.
I noticed I can enable iptv on the deco app but I can't find online the setting required. Any solutions?

Does it work with a vpn applied.
Or can you load it on your mobile phone via a different service provider like 02 or 3 mobile. Hope this helps.

Ask your provider to reset your isp on the panel as it could be ip locked

Id be checking if your ISP has any safe nanny settings that may be blocking the IPTV.

definitely check with a vpn, your new isp might be blocking the ip where as your old one wasn't.
