New Router - issues with Mag and STB

Hi,

I just installed upgraded to a newer router form my ISP and find that neither STB and MAG are loading. Is there any way around this or do I need a VPN?

Tell your provider to kickstart/refresh your line and you turn websafe or or whatever Shield you have on isp router by going on your account

Cheers graham - I went in and unchecked the firewall on router settings and that's sorted it.
