New smarters app for windows

Whilst this is a good app, the only drawback is that you will need to get the URL from your provider.
This may prove to be very difficult as most providers are reluctant to pass this over due to security issues.
Most good providers will also generally have their own version of either this app or something similar to run on computers via their browser.

Beni, just having a mess around with and yeah used url, is there anyway of getting epg settings on it?

It should work like normal smarters app and have epg from provider

Moshibeth may know better but last time i faffed with smarters app using the url, it had to be within the providers parameters to be able to use the epg.
I know smarters have been making changes but i haven't tried using the base app for a while.

yeah but there is no settings on the player to add epg url, I'm only messing with it and just thought I'd ask the experts lol

I didn't know smarters on app had an option for epg url unless things have changed I use xciptv so haven't used smarters for a while. None of us are experts lol


Edit noticed no epg box on this version I'm sure we've had epg box on windows smarters
