New Solo2 tomorrow.

Hi guys,

I am taking delivery of my new Solo2 tomorrow from WoS!

Getting it with a 500gb hard drive and the latest Vix image pre installed. Also a 4gb flash drive :).

What order should I be setting things up tomorrow?

I know I need to install the relevant cfg files so my card works in it. Also epg needs setup and auto bouquet.

But what order is best to do it all? Also anything else I need to be setting up?

I'm excited!

firstly are you on a fixed dish? two feeds for the box?

install the following plugins

cross epg, tv settings like catseyes, autobouguet maker and softcam manger set up for cccam , 2.1.4 works well

stay away from 808 vix, as had audio problems on my solo2 and gone to 806

Got it all running. It came with 808 installed. What audio problems did ya find pal?

the ones i had was if i turn the tv off ( standby ) and put back on, the channel was there but no sound so had to change channel

I haven't noticed that yet I must admit.

Do you know where I can get the plugins TSmedia and TSpanel?

what are you trying to do? as the plugin panel for addons is good
