Yeah I recently bought this box, bit of a stepping stone from my old skybox. I'm finding boot ups a bit unstable, anyone else got one of these? Find myself pulling the power cord out, doesn't respond well too remote standbys or restarts...

Purchased one a few weeks ago. I am a newbie to Linux Sat receivers, but managed to configure it via online info.
Works very well and will keep changing set up as time goes on!

Box is small and well built. Perfect having the IR receiver on a lead as you can hide the box away!

Yes I have had this box for a week or two now -very well put together -bit glichy and needed to reboot a few times when accessing some services but nothing too different to other similar receivers.Comes preloaded with VIX pl3.0 and not too sure whether to stay with this.Despite comments read in respect of being fussy about connecting greater than 500gb HDD accepted 2GB WD without fuss,Overall very good but needs s/w update to improve stability I think.

no stability issues here using 4 good nlines on 24hr tests, very pleased with box, only problem i did was selecting wrong location file for recorded program and get an error and box reboots lol

Please forgive my stupidity but do these boxes need to have a channel list upgraded periodically as is the case with Skybox / Openbox models? I use Cwaite for Openbox. Just wondering if there are boxes out there that update automatically.

Technomate TM-Nano-SE Enigma 2 Glitching every 10 minutes!

Hi,

I have a Technomate TM-Nano-SE Enigma 2 Linux HD PVR Single Tuner Satellite Receiver , But mines keeps on glitching. I have a reliable line and good internet too.

However, every 10 minutes or so it starts to glitch on any channel.

Can anyone help me please?

Lan cable is ok. I've rebooted box and rooter a couple times, it is still the same. mgcamd.1.38
