New Trial Clashing with Old Sub

Hi , I have a sub that's ok but decided to take another one on trial to compare, But that's were it goes wrong , When I install the trial it seems to clash with my other sub , I can see the trial app but the old app disappears , Can advise me if there is something I need to do ?, I uninstalled the new trial and my old one appears , I reinstall new trial and old one disappears again any ideas ?? All installed on a Firestick.

You would first need to store your current sub details before you replace them with the test one.
Are you sure it is not just adding sub to your package,unsure if the old app needs to be removed first?
 
Hi cactikid , I think they are using the same or similar setup , I asked the new trial sub about clashing and hes just got back to me and has gave me another way of sorting it by usuing smarters pro app instead of there custom app , will keep you informed

Could be your using a reseller of the same service just using different apps which could cause the conflict take a trial from else where and see if same happens or not
 
No message, Just will not show up in apps , So im using the smarters pro instead .
 
shouldn't clash most apps let you install multiple portals. You can only run one portal at a time. Try clearing cache and restarting you router to clear things up.
