New Virgin Hub 3 Fitted loss of premium channels?

Hi,

Have wooshbuild V5 and had no problems until today new broadband router fitted and i have lost line?

Checked my softcam 1 & 2 all ok
Checked network all ok

Is there something blocking me on the new router?

Anyhelp would be great.

what do you mean by softcam 1 & 2 all ok, you have cam 1 as active and cam 2 not active yeah?
 
I'm pretty sure you cant have the 2 cams running at the same time, switch cam 2 to off and see what happens
