newbie, ive stuck my box on boot

I tried an update and now I'm stuck on boot

After reading some threads, I now realise I should off backed up onto a usb. I didn't. I haven't got any details of my line or anything what do I do????????????

Try and contact the person you got it off or unfortunately ifyou can't get hold of them then your going to need to buy a new one

yea there has been a problem with their updates the last while
thought they had them fixed, clearly not then


if its at the numbers you can still ftp in and get your illegal line out
if it says boot you have lost it

Does anyone know if I restore my zgemma box to factory settings with my USB with the Sky Q skin on connected, will it delete the skin off of my USB? Since I did that I am getting nothing when I turn it on?

I'm not sure if you restore factory settings if it wipes everything???? what I do know now, is BACK IT UP 1ST before doing any changes or updates just case it goes wrong because once its gone its GONE

It wipes everything not just your skin.
Your box is now as fresh as the day it left the factory

I found out the hard way, dillyp70. just flashed it and wooshbuild it. now all I've got is free to air channels.
