Newbie on Skybox F5

Hi Guys

I'm a complete newbie at this (I have just opened my Skybox F5).

I have added 28.2E as a satellite and found the channels fine. I now need to download a decent channel list and also details for cline.

Any help - tips or/and advice please fire away

Okay - I've downloaded a channel list (as a .dbs), how the heck do I upload this to the F5?
