Hi,

I recently got a Zgemma box and setting I am stuck where I have put the Sky Cable into TUNER A IN but when trying to use TUNER B (which as you now states can be loop) as a loop my Sky box doesn't pick up as signal but if I change from TUNER A to LNB IN (which people state is the virgin line) this then work as a loop but then my Zgemma box doesn't pick up a signal and gives TUNER FAILED, any help would be appreciated.

(also to add have changed some setting in tuner for Tuner B to mirror Tuner A still didn't work)

Also wanted to add some terms you guys may use may be abit alien for me you may need to dumb it down thanks.

Where to begin?? Firstly an H2S doesn't have a cable (virgin) tuner. You'd need an H2H for that.

Do you have twin coaxial cables from your Satellite dish? They fit on a diagonal across the 2 tuner sockets.

Tuner should be set to auto.

If you only have one single coaxial cable then you have to turn tuner b off.

You can't loop out to a sky box from a zgemma. Simply doesn't work. It needs its own dedicated cables from the LNB at your satellite dish. One for each tuner.

If you only have one single coaxial cable then you have to turn tuner b off.

not true I have 4 boxes all single feed and never turned any tuner of. All of my feeds go into tuner A

Hi,

Yeah I tried that I only have 1 Coax from my satellite dish will that be a problem?

I put in my main cable into Tuner A that's fine gets a signal on the box but (I know this is slightly off topic) but I have a Openbox V8S this is able to loop sat connection to my SKY box (free sat as a backup if the box goes down) so just really suprised this box cant loop even though its states it on the back?
