What channels? do you mean on different satellites? if thats what you mean then yes you can, your dish needs to be big enough to pick up the satellite your after and pointed at it lol, you'd need a subscription to the channels it carries, if you want to swap between satellites youd need a motorised dish but if your going to go this far into it most ppl would recommend a much better receiver than the F5

As Jez said...what do you mean by non-s l y channels? There are already loads of FTA non-s l y channels at 28.2e.

If you mean other satellites, then you can attach more LNB's to your dish (if it's big enough) to receive other satellites which are relatively close to 28.2e and use a DiSEqC switch.

I had 3 LNB's on my 60cm dish at one point 13e, 19.2e, & 28.2e. I now only have 19.2e & 28.2e.

why not hotbird anymore?

There was nothing on that satellite that I ever watched. It's mainly Italian & Polish, so it just didn't interest me.

I originally put it on the dish just for completeness of having 3 sats to tune in to, but decided to remove the 13e LNB from the dish & "bring it in from the cold" to keep as a spare.
