I've used the Newsgroups for as long as I can remember both free and paid services. I've used Newshosting server and never once had a hitch so my yearly subs are up and I'm looking for a deal when I drops on this;-

I thought $5.99 a month then 3 months free so $60 for the year good deal till I read the small print (look at the bottom) works out at $89.95 for the year. So you dont get 3 free you pay for 15 ? .
Then I dropped on a expired $1.99 - $20 a year offer that let me go all the way to paypal payment.

its dated 4th July 2019 but the tab is still active

I took a gamble and paid $20 using the tab for 12 months and it worked plus you get a free vpn windows or mac

just tried my reader and it downloaded ok

I only download bits and pieces here and there. Bits of music, ebooks, the odd film or warez. At my current $2/20gb deal I'd have TEN renewals IYSWIM.
I think I renewed three times in 12m so about 60gb at $6 but for heavy downloaders $20 unlimited is a good deal
 
I'm pretty much the same myself. I use it for obscure music, books and the odd movie but £16 for something I paid up near the £100 mark in the past I'm well chuffed, nothing beats a good bargain
