Newbie
having problems with my box, it went off about a week ago (scrambled every channel except freeview) if requested a test line and this hasnt worked. My wifi is very strong and with all the faffing abut ive been doing i think ive deleted all the firmware for sky. ive downloaded from skybox and still nothing. is been that long since i set it up (2yrs) i cant remember how to do it from sctatch, i did have all the files on my old computer but now have a new one.

Sounds like you need a new line.

If you have FTA channels then that is all you need to add

Read the advisory in the first post and you should be back up and running pretty soon👍
 
Don't get bogged down with the theory.

In theory N lines should run better than C lines.

In practice if your server is good then you wouldn't know the difference.

The quality of the server over rides the type of line you use.
