No channels working on my KV

They must have stopped working this morning. Has anyone else got this problem? I am in West London

Many thanks for that reassurance and I can now see allthe boards have got messages about this. Plus I should have checked first-EDEN is still available :):) (plus a few other obscure channels)

It's definitely a bigger service problem than last weekend when we lost ESPN and a few other channels.

Off in Essex but could do with it tomor as Hammers playing Millwall..South london Filth..! Still Uk Gold still on and watched OFAH chandelier episode for the millionth time.. but still a classic.. You got a jemmy..I had one before we left..!

Try turning the box off with the switch at the back for a few seconds then back on,if still no joy just be patient

Just done a re scan and now all channels back on in essex

Hi guys, im a little stuck with setting the box up. ive downloaded the software on to the box.... and set it up on the tv. but all the channels are scrambled! please help x

you have not said what firmware,any firmware does not do,please say whats on box.
