Need some help please. All my premium channels went off last night and can't get them back. I've had my line since February with no problems.
As I was new to this back then I bought it off ebay (didn't know any better) but as I said It has been working great. So it looks like it may have ran out.
Have tried to contact the seller but no reply. Should I just buy a new line?

Have you checked your softcam is still running?

If using openATV based build then turn to premium channel, press the menu button and select Info Panel -> softcamPanel and then the green button to restart it.

Yes I've tried that a few times but just a black screen on the channel.

Same happened to me yesterday. I've had mine since January (also from ebay) with no problems so I can't really complain. I've also emailed the seller with no reply yet. Was yours from a lady?

Can anyone tell me how to try a softcam re-boot on openViX?
 
openvix use blue button should list softcam manager then you can stop start cam if needed and should be on autostart.
