No connection

Hi folks..
Wondering if anyone can help me out here...I bought a Mag 254 for my parents a couple of weeks back...been running fine until yesterday.
No connection when I switch it on...then goes to a blue screen with Media /Browser and can't seem to move it from there without rebooting the box.
Ethernet and internet seem fine although I'm sceptical about the strength of wifi.
Any advice greatly accepted.

It's not the blue screen saying "Your STB is not supported" or anything like that?

Can you move it closer to the router, and connect directly in to the network with cable? Rule out wifi...

No...STB is not there...the ethernet lights are on and say enabled on the settings page down the right hand side along with internet...:-(

Contact your provider, ensure no problems their end...
