Cable No EMG and having to re-boot everyday

Hi
I have zgemma h2h running openatv 6.1 installed on 20/11/17, since installed I am not :-
1. Getting no full EMG population (only few channelss is populated)
2. I am also having to Re-Boot everyday to get all (PPV) channels back to view.
Connected to Vermin.
Can anyone help/advice plz as I have absolutely no idea where to start, an idiots step by step guide would be appreciated.

Check your storage device it will need initialisation as you have a new image.

Menu-set up-storage devices-initialise..done.
Use the search function here there are masses of tutorials and a simple google search will get you everything you need with step by step tutorials

No1...download both " epgimporter & epgrefresh "
No2....go to your softcam manager set-up, and make sure you have the softcam that you are using set to " enable "
 
Thanks but what are the settings for EPGimporter and EPGrefresher.
Also where do I "enable" in softcsm.

Sorry need a idiots guide as I mentioned in my first post.
