no fta

hi just moved house box working fine ,plugged cables in at new house and no fta channels tried on old openbox and the same picks up all sky channels except fta h2s is running new wooshbuild infinity any help would be great

Is the box on cable or sat,cable might be a new area and missing out?

Channel 4 and e 4 look like a new move and bbc no movement,are you 100% sure your on 28.2.
A rescan of 28.2 will bring in 950+ channels

yeah just scanned and this is what it finds

Looks like the previous tenant had Sky Q which is different from standard Sky,
giving you limited channels if this is the case you will need to change the lnb on the dish to a standard Sky lnb or a Hybrid lnb

Might it be a hybrid and any other sources in house to check with?

hi yeah think they did have sky Q will find cheep lnb see if that helps
