Cable No HD on Zgemma H1

I have a Zgemma H1 and H2 and a cable line provider. The H2 is showing all the movie HD channels while the H1 is not, H1 is only showing the sports HD

Is there a setting i am missing, i have checked the tuner config and compared the 2 together and they are set the same QAM256 etc

can anyone help, i cant see why i cannot get movies HD channels on the H1, firmwares on both are zgemma open vix latest

i ahve reset the box re flashed open vix and then carried out automatic scan and then created auto bouquet but still i only get the sports HD and not movies HD
