No internet error when trying to download EPG & Bouquets via XE

Hi

Hoping someone can help

Everything has been fine until last day or so

using

  1. Zgemma H7 box
  2. XE 3.0.9
  3. Openatv 6.4
  4. Chabs skynew skin

When i open the XE downloader (Menu/plugins/XE downloader/Import Bouquets or Import EPG) I get a no network error message
Same when trying to load XE VOD, its does nothing


I know the box is connected to the internet as the channels are running fine.
I have multi room, and the firestick works fine, so i guess something is a miss on the box

I have tried everything i know, which isnt a lot
Restarting internet etc etc

anyone else had this issue - currently got no EPG on my IPTV channels

Go to menu, setup, system, network, device setup, network test.
Press green to start the test.
Should have all green ticks
 
Might be related to their site being under attack as its been up and down like a yo-yo
 
The site works but the plugin isn't working on boxes to download bouquets etc.
I know a few using xe and able to download bouquets and epg fine even today.
Go into xe downloader delete the bouquets reset configuration and send your provider a new xe code.
Has your provider updated the expire date on xe or even extended the line on ce and what are your settings for xe

It's not downloading a new code after reset and says "no internet connection". Box definitely has an internet connection. Raised a ticket with them a while ago but no reply yet. Also have some friends with the same issue.
 
Update
I have managed to get this working

For anyone else

I have installed openATV 7.1 on the fly, so all the settings copied over
Installed XE again using openWIF method

Working fine
