No internet on zgemma star

Hi all,
Newbie here, my son in law has zgemma star, it has been working fine but then his BT internet went down and they said it was this that and the other, like they do. It was down for nearly a month turns out somebody had moved the wires inside the street box.
So box hasn't updated and we have done the usual things but nothing. The green light in network is off, and being too scared to mess we are asking for your help.

as far as I know, the light is flashing on Ethernet cable.

So are you using a pc or laptop ok and connecting to the interenet

thanks for your reply, its like getting blood out of a stone with son/law.

He's had a new router fitted but its no where near his tv so he has an extra box picking up wifi with an option of ethernet cable, i have tried the zgemma at mine and it works fine, so he has a internet problem. But to answer your question his internet and wifi are up and running now. i'm leaving him to it for now.
