no movies on starview

hi all,i have lost all sky movie channels on my theboxsuper 3 and 5.can still get all sky sports though!!! i have tried a factory reset and then loading new firmware and a full scan but still no luck,please help

Your cable provider is moving to a newer encryption, have a look at the following thread for a better explanation:

This means that your area is either moved onto Nagra 3 or is in the process. Nothing can be done to view the channels on the new encryption, even with a new firmware or the manual input of codes. Keep visiting TechKings for any furthur updates.
