No signal from Sky dish?

Just moved into a new property which already had a sky dish installed. Connected my Mutant HD51 which is used for Freesat channels and there is no signal. Just wondering if the LNB is not a Sky Q type and maybe not compatible with Freesat? Photo attached of the current LNB.

Whilst you wait for any sat experts to comment, I would look at signal levels on the box and then use some sort of app on my phone to see if the dish is aligned correctly...............

It is a Wideband LNB for Sky Q receivers and Arris Freesat 4K receivers. You cannot use your Enigma2 (Mutant HD51) receiver with that LNB.

One port will be horizontal plane, other will be vertical. There is no switching between low/high. You will be able to receive just over a dozen services/channels.
